Palm river villa is a five bedrooms combining modern and Balinese style with a large swimming pool. Located in Canggu, the building is integrated with a nice terrace that steps down from the road to the river boarding the property and surrounded by rice fields.

5 air-conditioned double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Situated in the fashionable village of Pererenan and built along a 'green-belt' of tall tropical palms, this contemporary 5-star retreat is one of Bali's newest resort-style villas.

Just 30 minutes from the international airport - and 20 minutes from the beach and restaurant districts at Legian and Seminyak - Palm River Villa is a striking multifaceted structure that successfully integrates a series of waterways with landscaped grounds that slope down to a soft flowing river.

Behind an intricately carved-stone wall - located at the main entrance and accessed by a series of steps and walkways - is a spacious open-planned living and dining pavilion. With it's simplistically styled interior, the space consists of a large built-in cushioned sitting area and a smart dining setting that seats 10 in comfort - all under a majestic thatched-roof ceiling.

Another eye-catching feature is the polished teakwood floors that merge with detached stone steps that 'float' above a still pond. The complete setting has panoramic views of the lawns and swimming pool - with its 'island style' thatched roof bar and underwater barstools - and soaring palm trees beyond.

Each of Palm River's bedroom suites are contained within a single split-levelled and double-storied wing that is directly adjacent to the main living pavilion. The wing is accessed by another network of waterway steps and teakwood stairs. It consists of 5 well-appointed double bedrooms with lavish en-suite bathrooms and walk-in dressing rooms.

The master suite - positioned on the second level - features an enclosing open-planned veranda that looks out over the pool and river, while the lower suites are flanked by a series of cascading lotus ponds. Each fully equipped en-suite features a sunken spa-tub set against a clear glass wall that offers tranquil scenes of the water features behind it.

All bedrooms have satellite televisions with DVD players, telephones and are fully air-conditioned. Also on the upper level is an air-conditioned entertainment and games room, packed with many mod cons including a wide-screen satellite television and a video projector for watching 'cinema style' DVD movies.

Other facilities include a fully equipped European-style kitchen wing with a full staff - which can cater to dinner parties for up to 12 guests, maid services and round the clock security. But it's the river, which offers it's light flowing rapids and waterfalls and soothing aquatic sounds that gives this highly sought after property its unique ambience and its name.

Palm River Villa is located near the west coast of Bali, on the outskirts of the village of Pererenam 500 m from the beach. The immediate surroundings are luxury villa as well and the famous terrace Balinese rice field. The villa is situated 30 minutes from the airport and less than 15 minutes from Seminyak area and Nirwana the most famous Golf course in Bali.

Villa Style
This luxury villa of 500 m2 is a combination of Balinese and modern architecture. The L- shaped building is integrated successfully in series of waterways with landscaped ground that slope down to a flowing river and a well designed long swimming pool.

  • Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay.
  • WiFi Internet access – usage at costumer’s account.
