Villa Kalia is located just off the Oberoi road in Seminyak adjacent the popular restaurant street and only minutes from Legian beach. The villa is found down a quiet lane. A fast 20 minutes from Bali’s Ngurah Rai international airport. Although “Kalia” is in the heart of trendy Seminyak the villa is very private and tranquil.

The oversized open floor plan, living and dining room area is perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a day of holiday enjoyment. A state of the art kitchen is ideal for catering to intimate dinners or serving family dinners or birthday, wedding celebrations.

An outdoor gazebo or “Bale Benong” sits at the end of the 10 metre lap pool with sun beds to relax while working on your vacation tan.

Villa Kalia’s main area consists of the living room, kitchen and dining area. It is elegantly luxurious and imaginatively decorated creating a warm and inviting environment. The ambience is relaxed elegance. Light and airy; the pool and garden become part of the living space once the doors are opened. It’s warm, tropical and very relaxing.

The living room features bose home theatre system, high speed Wi-Fi internet at extra cost. All areas are air-conditioned or open the doors and enjoy a traditional Balinese open air living experience.

Décor is a refined mix of antique and contemporary pieces creating a casually elegant ambience – antique opium pipes from Cambodia and Thailand, Turkish carpets, 19th century Chinese cabinetry, Thai silk draperies and blinds, a rare 19th century alabaster Burmese Buddha and custom made comfy chairs and sofas round out the living room.

The attractive kitchen is well equipped for cooking with a double fridge and all necessary appliances and utensils. A gourmet grocery store is located just five minutes from Villa Kalia and our talented and trained chef is available to prepare your own meals.

Inside dining table for 12 persons is available in addition to an outside dining area for four persons. Your villa Butler will cook breakfast for you every morning or self cater breakfast should you prefer.

The “Bale Bengong” or gazebo is located at the end of the pool at Villa Kalia. It features a seating area perfect for sunset cocktails served by your butler and a dining table for four persons. Bose speakers provide the music, candlelight sets the romantic mood. Before evening cocktails enjoy a massage in the bale bengong with Villa Kalia’s highly skilled massage therapist. A professional massage table is provided.

The bale bengong is a great space for a massage, morning coffee or evening sunset drinks. A perfect chill out spot whilst enjoying the Bali sea breezes and thatch roofed “skyline” of the Seminyak village.

The petite garden is an oasis of tropical beauty created by one of Bali’s top landscape architects. It’s an integral part of Villa Kalia’s warm and inviting ambience.

Service
The service level is determined by your needs and desires. Some guests prefer complete privacy while other guests prefer a personal assistant type of butler service. It’s all up to you.

Housekeeping – Villa Kalia’s housekeeper lives on premises and will provide discrete non obtrusive housekeeping service twice per day.
DVD Catalog & Book Library – Villa Kalia’s DVD library includes over 500 selections and a Bose Home theater system. A small 200 volume reading material library is available in addition to recent issues of many popular magazines.

Dining – Breakfast is included in the room rate and will be prepared by the Villa Butler or self catered should you prefer to do your own cooking. Bali’s best restaurants including Ku-de-Ta, Warisan and La Luciola are all close by Villa Kalia. Grocery shopping for self catering is nearby and can easily be arranged by your butler. Car Rental & Tours – Butler will arrange all of your car rental and tours.
Internet & Telephone – Villa Kalia provides high speed wireless internet at extra cost. Two phone lines are available including a fax line. Phone rates vary depending upon destination.

Laundry Service & Dry Cleaning – Villa Kalia has an onsite washer and dryer. The Villa Butler will arrange for your dry cleaning as required..
Massage & Spa – Villa Kalia works with two highly skilled professional massage therapists. A proper massage table is available in Villa Kalia for in villa massage.
