Villa
Aria Loc.: Seminyak Aria Luxury
Villas and Spa is a new set of luxury villas
designed for the discerning travelers. Make
a choice, as each of our villa is
differently set up to better cater for your
individual needs and priorities
The Master Bedroom Suite
Experience the romance of our huge master bedroom suite,
which is decked in finely, honed Javanese terrazzo,
exquisitely furnished, and decorated with atmospheric art.
The suite comes equipped with personal DVD players and TV,
and is supplied with the finest of linen.
The Guest Bedroom Suites
The villa has two guest rooms in addition to a master
bedroom. These rooms command great views of the surrounding
area, and catch the sounds of the nearby surf at night.
Timber-floored, all rooms have queen-size beds. All have en
suite bathrooms and a seating area outside on our spacious
and candlelit balconies.
The Bathrooms
Our bathrooms have been designed with the ultimate in luxury
and enjoyment in mind. The bathrooms are appointed with the
finest of Javanese terrazzo stone, and fitted with bathtubs,
separate showers rooms, "his and hers" raised
basins and toilets imported from Europe. In the master
bedroom, you will experience our spacious bathroom suite
with a freestanding colonial-style bathtub exactly as you
would find in the Four Seasons in Bali.
The Living, Dining and Study
Areas
Canopied by a traditional Bali alang-alang roof, our living
areas are the ultimate places to relax and enjoy your Bali
experience. The living areas have expansive terrazzo
flooring and are constantly cooled by ocean breezes. Our
furnishings are a blend of traditional Bali and modern Java.
The villa is decorated with original art from a range of
well-known Indonesian artists, together with original black
and white photographs of "colonial era" Indonesia.
The living areas are designed to give you the ultimate
flexibility. Whether you wish to entertain friends to dinner
or relax as a couple or family group, or simply chill out
and read, you will feel entirely at home. Off the living
area is a quiet study section, which also contains video and
satellite facilities.
Our study/TV area, adjacent to the main living area,
provide a tranquil area for those who need to keep up with
the world whilst on holiday. Alternatively, they are
locations to relax quietly with a book or, for those more
lively-minded, a great venue for beer and pizzas watching a
F1 Grand Prix. The TV area is fitted with a VCD/DVD with
surround sound.
The Kitchen
Not that we expect any of our guests to cook - our cook
takes care of that! - but, should the urge take you, our
kitchen is located off the living area, and fitted with
genuine Italian marble. The appliances include a Bosch
microwave and heating oven, and Smeg hobs.
The Pool
Our 15 meters pool has a natural salt water and overflow
system. The salt water, which is actually only 10% of the
salinity of sea water, cleans the water through a natural
process and is much softer on the skin and eyes than
traditional chlorinated systems. So whether its exercise
laps or relaxation, the buoyancy afforded by the salination
will make you hesitate ever to return to chlorinated
water.
The Gardens
Our gardens compliment the style of the villas and combine
open expanses of manicured lawn, and secluded corners where
you can simply lie and relax. A beautiful Balinese pagoda
provides shade from the sun and is perfect for those late
afternoon massages and sunset cocktails. The property is
terraced and our in-house gardener is proud of the variety
of color, which has sprung up around the property. Flower
arrangements around the villa are hand-picked from the
garden.
At night, the garden areas are lit by discrete lighting,
which is supplemented by candles creating an atmosphere of
romantic charm.
Location
Villa LiaMika is tucked away behind The Legian Hotel around
150 meters from the beach. On most days, you can hear the
surf...the beach is that close! We are around 25 minutes
from the Airport and, whilst our area is very secluded and
quiet, we are just 15 minutes from the shops and activity of
Kuta, Bali's main tourist area. Ubud, Tanah Lot and
upcountry Bali are all very accessible without having to go
through Kuta.
Our local village, Petitenget, is rapidly becoming Bali's
premier restaurant area with several very successful
restaurants established in the last year. By way of a
landmark for regular visitors to Bali, we are 5 minutes'
walk from many of Bali's finest restaurants: Ku De Ta, The
Legian, La Luciola, Hu'u and The Living Room.
